Sundara Yoga Shala

At Sundara Yoga Shala, we believe yoga should be accessible to everyone. We realize each of our students' bodies are very different, with different histories and traumas. Being a neighborhood studio, we are fortunate enough to get to know our students on a personal level. This means our students never feel lost in the crowd, and instead feel like they're practicing yoga in their friend's living room.

Sundara's highly-trained instructors teach our students how to modify each yoga pose to accommodate the individual needs of the students' bodies. Our approach is not one-size-fits-all, so our classes are always different, adapting to the varying needs of our students.

Our teachers feel passionate about helping our students learn ways to keep their bodies safe and allow the benefits of yoga work within their bodies' limitations. We get to see our students feel better almost instantly. There's no greater gift than that for us!
