About

Optimum alignment of our athlete’s HMS (human movement system) is the cornerstone of our sports specific performance enhancement programs. We emphasize training with proper posture to ensure optimum results, increase muscle balance, decrease the risk for developing joint dysfunctions, and impairments that hinder proper movements. Unlike most strength and conditioning programs that focus their training on isolated uniplanar exercises to increase absolute strength gain and muscle hypertrophy, we design our sports specific performance training programs to developing high levels of functional strength and neuromuscular efficiency. Through the integration of flexibility, sport specific cardio, core, balance, plyometrics, speed/ agility/ quickness, and resistance training we are able to improve the stability, strength, power, muscle and joint elasticity, joint mobility and flexibility, and dynamic movements of our athletes.

What most impressed me most was their attention to details. They really focused on the small things, feet placement, knee tracking, always challenging my daughter to perform the drills with perfect form and mechanics.
