My love for organic nutrition and yoga have guided me to my career of owning my own business as a Health Coach & Yoga Instructor.
I meet my clients in their homes, vacation rentals, or resorts. I am available via Skype as well. I am everywhere that my clients are whether that is here or as as far as the east coast.
My personal practice has led me to healthier lifestyle and sharing that with others is my purpose. Whether a client just needs to relax, if they want to stretch, if they need an intense work out, or all of these reasons, I would love the opportunity to share the practice of yoga with them.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
For Yoga & Pilates students, I have a short consultation (about 5-10 minutes) with them so I can ask about their history with the practice, if they have any injuries or concerns that I should be aware of, etc. I also will give them a background about me and how I found my way to Yoga and where I studied.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yoga: Registered Yoga Teacher 200 hour Certification. I graduated from the Maui Yoga Shala. I have over 300 hours teaching experience with classes and private sessions.
Nutrition: The Institute for Integrative Nutrition is where I received my Health Coaching Certification. I’ve coached over 100 clients with weight loss, lifestyle choices, and much more.
