Learning the way they move and work so that i can read the things they are good at and make it all come together and work

How did you get started teaching?
I was a formal professional MMA fighter and a lifetime athlete. I broke my Left hand in my last professional fight which could never heal properly so after many years of thought I decided to help others with the art of boxing and also help with fitness needs
What types of students have you worked with?
I've worked with children,teenagers,athletes,overweight and also elder students. I love to figure out what works best for your needs and also your body type so that we see progress but also enjoy the workouts and environment
