Aaron is an excellent trainer. He was very patient with me and improved my skills. He understood how to work with me. I was only 9 years old and looking back now I remember all the fundamentals he taught me that I still use today.

Aaron is a great coach and works well with beginners and all the way up to professionals. Very patient doesn’t over push your abilities but studies your every move to build up your confidence. Excellent coach if you’re seeking personal goals or thinking of going professional.

Coach is very professional and knowledgeable in his training. He is also really good with my boys while there training, with making adjustments and corrections. My boys really love training with him.

Aaron is a great coach. My son has been training with him the past two years and loves it! Coach does a great job of being sure all drills are at the students pace, yet challenges them to push through there comfort zone. Great drills with enough repetition to build the basic skill set while still providing advancement. If you are interested in the sweet science, I would recommend you get in touch.

The coaching, and training. Its always done in such a great manner. Coach Aaron is such a fun and attentive coach. He works great with all ages but especially with the kids and youth.

If you love & have a heart for boxing then Koa Boxing is the place you will enjoy & getting all of the conditioning you need. Im an assistant instructor for MMA fighting & had the opportunity to have Arron of Koa Boxing help get some of my fights get warmed up for their fight on fight night & he did fenominall for my fighters. So this is why I give Arron & his Koa Boxing gym a 5 star review. Just watching his eye & kill set is a great experience for me & my fighters, so I hope you all enjoy Arrons boxing classes he has to offer you!
