My workouts are efficient, challenging, and fun! I enjoy helping people create a clear path to changing their lives. This is a journey and I want to be apart of yours, cheering you on and helping you anyway I can. We will build a solid foundation and get you to your goals, as long as you stay consistent we will get there !
My favorite part about being a trainer is getting to know my clients and creating a plan to get them to their goals. I use a holistic approach, so we will look at ALL of you! The best part has to be when my client realize that as long as they stay consistent they will reach their goal. It's simple, keep going, even when you fall off get right back on it. I'm here to keep you accountable and always moving forward in your journey. As long as you show up to the sessions I will get you through it, promise 💪🏾. What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Start off with a initial assessment , see how you move and if you have any imbalances or muscle tightness we need to corrected before increasing intensity. Once we discuss your goals , commitment level, schedule I will create a personalized program for you specifically. We can work online or in person. We will start working towards you goals. One step at a time we will introduce nutrition, mental strength training, stress coping skills to help you live your best life!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my degree in Kinesiology from the Cal State University, Northridge. I'm also a certified personal trainer through NASM. Currently I'm a personal and group fitness trainer.
