At the beginning of the lesson, my teacher asked me if I was feeling tense in any areas of my body. Throughout the lesson we did stretches and poses that loosened those areas. She had also asked if there were any areas that we should avoid (having lot of lower back pain, I mentioned that twisting isnt somthing that I can do) and she happily worked around that while still incorporating lots of things for my back that didnt hurt at all. She also brought plenty of blocks, mats, blankets, and scarves with essential oils(which I actually ended up using quit a bit throughout the lesson. My teacher helped me with a few adjustments and made me feel very comfortable. Also, Scuba Steve was hilarious.
