My sessions are catered specifically to you: your goals and how you're feeling. We can go as fast or slow as you'd like as we use the building poses and adjustments to get you the most out of each pose. Everyone's body is a little different and together we can help achieve the blissful yoga you've been after.
My yoga training began in the military, I regularly attended workshops and classes while stationed in Florida and then became RYT200 certified through Maha Yoga Institute in Hawaii under Murti and Larina. I'm very passionate about yoga, it has helped me in ways I never would have anticipated; which is why I'd like to share it with everyone I can. No matter who you are or what your body type, there is always something to gain from yoga for all of us. Namaste 🙏
