Working out with her is an amazing experience. She motivates and makes sure you stay motivated throughout the workout. Plant-Based Muscle boxing sessions are challenging and super fun too. Plant-Based Muscle was able to see the level I began at and work with me, pushing me to my next level. I love the combination of bag work and mitts, and we even include some full body ab workouts at the end of our sessions which I love. Definitely recommend for boxers of any level looking to grow and challenge themselves!
