    Will and Alex are incredibly knowledgeable about nutrition and anatomy which worked extremely well for me since I have health issues. Working out has always brought pain and inflammation to my joints but Will has managed to make it so I can work out effectively without it, where I have lost weight and toned up!

    What I like about WillPower is that Alex and Will are so friendly and flexible about scheduling and at the same time hardcore on training which you dont really find in bigger gyms. Also the small groups work out great because everybody gets equal attention to what they need.

    Frequently asked questions

    Our process is simple, we bring you in for a free one hour training session. This helps us determine your starting point and what kind of program you need.  We give you our suggestion and we see what works best for your goals and budget. From there you get scheduled and show up for your sessions! 

    1x per week (4 sessions) $240 per month

    2x a week (8 sessions) $440 per month 

    Unlimited monthly sessions (capped at 16) $680 per month 

    Do multiple sessions until you think you have found a trainer and gym that you actually like and feel comfortable with. Sometimes it’s just not a good fit and that’s OK!
