About
I work with individuals with trauma histories. In our work together we integrate mindfulness and body awareness to help with coordination, body movements and quality of breathing. Throughout our practice we use mindfulness to explore how our thoughts and feelings affect our physiology and use body awareness and breathing practiced to bring oneself back to a state of more balance.
I draw from a background in competitive sports, yoga, hip hop dance, mindfulness practices, psychosomatic practices and the Alexander Technique.
I am also bilingual and can work with clients in English and Spanish
