Select Fitness is not your typical workout studio. We create an atmosphere were clients feel comfortable and is contagious. We bring you into your routine at a pace specific to what your body can handle. It does not matter if you are a weekend warrior or if you have not exercised in years. We have a schedule that fits your needs for our Group Classes or our 1 on 1 training. We offer a free workout to any new customer to come in and see the difference for yourself.
