What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Intro: Completing a Health form, Discuss goal(s), Assessing current fitness and health, Assessing movement, Creating the Gameplan
Training: Warm up, program based on goal(s) can include SPEED, AGILITY, QUICKNESS, POWER, STRENGTH, CONDITIONING, RECOVERY
30 minutes, 60 minutes, 90 minute sessions depends on session type
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
BS in Exercise and Sports Science
Currently a Coach training athletes and general populations.
Competed in Football, Indoor Track and Field
Trained in MMA (Mixed Martial Arts)

How did you get started teaching?
Competed in Football and Track and field. Went to college to learn Exercis and Sports Science. From there I began coaching in Virginia.
What types of students have you worked with?
I’ve coached football athletes, basketball, soccer, and general populations to improve there performance and reach results.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Social Media and Marketing. It’s an ongoing event that I’m fond of everyday because technology is incredible.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Invest in yourself first. EAT. SLEEP. RECOVERY. These are the keys to making consistent and constant progress. No matter how hard we train, it is when you are resting that the progress is made.

Why do you want these goals?
Will you create more opportunities for yourself by reaching these goals?
