Specializing in running and football specific drills excites me most! My Goal is to make running effortless and peaceful, all while still performing and achieving goals. When it comes to football; being explosive, smooth, flexible, and durable is the goal. The combination of both has made me a successful athlete in HS track and field and on the football field. I was able to receive multiple offers in football and track because of my approach to training!
