Your service and the offerings you recieve are 100% different then any other client/studio that I work with. All class plans are completely personalized to benefit your wants and needs best. Yoga, meditation, breath work, sound healing, and a friend (ME) to help keep you accountable and reaching for the stars are all apart of this offering I have for you.
This offering of private one on one or private group instruction is great for begginer or advanced yogis looking to deepen their practice, someone looking to help with pain or injury, maybe youre to busy to get into a studio? this is for you. Its also for groups of like minded people wanting to share this practice in a more intimate setting or even fun party groups like birthdays and wedding parties.
I love leading people on their journey of self-discovery, while guiding them through yoga flows, meditations, sound healing, and breath work.
I love watching my students crush their goals. Wether they are phsycial, spiritual, or emotional.
I love making genuine connections with my students. The roll of teacher goes father then just your hour or so of practice.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The first session of us working together is basically us getting to know each other. We chat about why you're looking for private instruction and what you hope it will bring to your life, fill out paperwork, and do a few mobility test so I can also get to konw your phsyical body better. From there I go and create a class plan that is 100% for you and no one else. With these classes you'll have yoga sequences, meditations, journal prompts, breath work, and sound healing all available to you; Dont worry if some of these things instrest you and some don't, like I said these classes are planned for you and your needs. If you want it I'll provide it, if not no worries(: THIS IS FOR YOU.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my 200 hr RYT(registered yoga teacher) certification and 55 ht AYT(aerial yoga teacher) certification. Im currently working on gaining a certification in sound healing and meditation.
Ive been practing yoga for roughly 5 years now, but Ive been living a yogic lifestyle for the past 2. Before my life as a yogi I was a professinal dancer, so movement and being active/fit has always been a huge part of my life.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Pricing depends on travel, how long the sessions are, and if they are one on one or groups. Privates normally range from $35-$100.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I recently put together a beach clean up and yoga class on the beach. It was beautiful to see people come out and not only do something kind for themselves but also give back to our planet.
Recently I hosted a Cacao ceremony and a heart opening workshop. It was amazing to watch strangers become a community filled with love and acceptance for each other through movement and bliss.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Find a teacher that you personally feel aligned with, not just someone who has a lot of experice or social media following. A personal connection will mean more to you.
