My name is Taylor and I’ve been doing martial arts for 30 years. Started with traditional shaolin kung fu, and Wing Chun up to boxing, jiu-jitsu, mma and Muay Thai. I’ve been doing personal training for the last 10 years. I was the fitness director for UFC gym for 4 years and moved on to do my own thing. I specialize in strength and conditioning, kettlebells, as well as weight loss. Training with me will give you a full program depending on your goals. Nutrition advise and custom workouts will be provided and proper supplementation to enhance your performance.

Taylor always tailors his workouts to what the client is asking for. Whether it be for martial arts, HIIT, or just lifting. He is a person who cares for his clientele and makes sure that he’s giving you his all during each and every session. You cannot go wrong signing up with him.

I am always pushed beyond my limits (or what I think they are) and always leave feeling great. When I take even a week off I miss it so much and realize how much I need it for my mental sanity! I see clearer and am more able to handle day to day anxiety from the workouts - the difference is insane! If you put in the work you really see the difference physically as well. I continue to get stronger .. if only I could stop eating chocolate lol
