My name is Taylor and I’ve been doing martial arts for 30 years. Started with traditional shaolin kung fu up to boxing, jiu-jitsu, mma and Muay Thai. I’ve been doing personal training for the last 10 years. I was the fitness director for UFC gym for 4 years and moved on to do my own thing. I specialize in strength and conditioning, kettlebells, as well as weight loss. Training with me will give you a full program depending on your goals. Nutrition advise and custom workouts will be provided and proper supplementation to enhance your performance.
