Tennis is the love of my life, and the main goal for my students is that they fell in love with the game, enjoy it, and have fun while playing this beautiful sport. I will do everything that I feel I need to do in order to teach them the correct way. While we are on the court I want them to feel relaxed, calm and to actually enjoy this this sport, not to feel any pressure, fear of not doing it correctly, and fearing they will make mistakes.
I enjoy every single moment of the work I do with my students. I am happy to be there for them to teach, show, and explain everything they need to know and want to know. The other thing that I enjoy is seeing them grow and evolve as tennis players, seeing them enjoy the game. That is the beauty of it.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The first thing I do with a new student is getting to know him/her, to see what they expect from their game, and how willing they are to work. When we figure that out, I introduce them to the world of tennis, the rules, basic movements, and some light exercises. If it is a more experienced player we skip the basics, and jump on to the harder, and more complex exercises then the begginers. I work with begginers, intermediate players, recreational players and advanced players.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been playing intense tennis for 16 years now. I had several tennis coaches by my side over the years that made impressive results as players, and as coaches. With them I learned everything that I need to learn in order to play professionall tennis. I was a competitive player since I was a kid, and I have a lot of experiences with playing tournaments, meeting new people in the tennis world, traveling, and how to maintain not only as a player, but also as a person. Till this day I am playing competitive tennis in college and I still enjoy it as it's my first time playing this beautiful sport.

How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching tennis in my hometown club "Spartak" in Serbia two years ago. My club was a very high ranked club in my country before and it still is to this day. We made a lot of achievements and won a lot of tournaments as a club, but also as individuals, so everybody was always on top of the ranking amongs the best players from my country. My coach from Serbia told me that he is willing to offer me that opportunity to teach kids because he didn't have the time to do it. I accepted it and the love story of me teaching tennis began.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with all ages, from little kids to pensioners. I work with begginers, recreational players, intermediate players, and advanced players.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
All events are special to me, but if I had to point one, it would be the one where I went to a ITA College Tournament with my team.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I would say that the key is to talk to your coach/teacher. It is important for the coach and student to communicate with each other, and if you have something on your mind to ask feel free to do so. I am here to teach you, improve your game, and answer your questions.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Every person is different, and every person has a different opinion and different way of thinking. Simply ask what is on your mind and I it will be my pleasure to answer it.
