About
I've been coaching tennis for 10 years. I love the sport and what it does physically and mentally. I played at the top of my University and also trained in Spain with the best in the world.
I try to give the best rates possible so that we can all win! I prefer playing at Margaret Pace Park, it's the best atmosphere, but we have to arrive early to get a court.
Fun fact: I speak nearly 6 languages and this helps for my international students. (spanish, english, french, portuguese, italian, some hebrew).
I do mostly private tennis training for all levels (sometimes 2 students or sometimes I organize a doubles match with multiple students). With me you'll improve your ability to play and get in shape, and grow your social circle. We customize the lesson to your preference and needs.
I like to send my students a message at the end of every session explaining what we worked on and accomplishments for the day, as well as elements that can be improved.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We first meet for a first session, hit some balls, see the level of experience and discuss what the student wants to accomplish. I provide everything needed - but students usually prefer to bring their own racquet.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a coach at a school for a couple of years and received certifications in different health courses. I was a student of the sport through many years of University so I learned many drills, and how to keep the game interactive and fun.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Pricing starts at $50 for a 1-on-1 private session. This helps the player get acquainted with the style without any future commitments. Usually rates are $75 but I offer a package by booking 5 sessions in advance.
How did you get started teaching?
I discovered in college that I have a talent and passion for teaching, and felt fullfilled when I helped others improve in tennis. Never looked back.
What types of students have you worked with?
Teenagers and adults are most common, 8 years old and over.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
The Miami Open, hello!
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Make sure to try out one session first before you commit to longer trainings so that you can make sure there is compatibilty.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Is this a sport I really want to learn or improve on?
