Kyle is very attentive and cares about his clients. He tailors the practice to the skill level of the student.

I enjoy working with Kyle due to his positive attitude, good vibes, and conscious presence. He is always attentive to my needs and goals. I highly recommend his services to anyone interested in spiritual and personal growth!

Kyle has a deep knowledge of yoga as a science and a philosophy, and this shows in his classes, and is passed on to the students on both an individual level and class level. I have always been encouraged by his calm assurance & find his teaching methods motivating. His classes have always been enjoyable and provided me an opportunity for personal, physical, and mental development. He is intuitive in 'reading' the mood/needs of the class and offers encouragement, helpful suggestions, and feedback that is tailored to the class (individual and as a group) I've taken yoga for several years and have had many good teachers but Kyle is the absolute best, hands down.

FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

A complimentary phone call, or in-person meeting, is the first step. I want to hear all the particulars before getting started.

Afterwards, if all is agreable, we will determine the specific goals of the student and set a realistic timeline to achieve them, reassessing as needed.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I graduated from the Univeristy of Georgia with a Bachelor's in Spanish and Anthropology.  After college, I completed two 200hr and one 300hr Yoga Teacher Training programs.

I am a EYT200/500hr registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance, a governing and credentialling organization that sets and maintains high standards for yoga teachers.

CPR/AED Certified.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

Hourly rates start at $60/hr.  Accommodations in pricing can be made in certain circumstances.

How did you get started teaching?

I have always had an interest in understanding the human condition - why we toil and work, how love moves us so deeply, and why we can hurt others harshly in spite of love.

Yoga and meditation are the avenues that have brought me to profound understandings of life and our condition.

I simply want to share the rich experiences with others so that they may also know deep inner peace.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Ask questions - make sure the person is an example of what they teach.
