About this pro

I love to teach yoga, whether it is higher level or completely beginniner, and the breathwork and stretches alone can make such a difference in your every day life. Relieving stress, pain, fatigue, and uncomfortability. My teaching helps students not only feel better physically, but become happier with themselves by knowing when to show up and push, but also surrender and relax.

I have been practicing yoga since I was 14, and am now 31. I have noticed the differences it makes in my daily life and well as long term changes to my health, mind, and anxiety levels. Being able to share this with others is so fulfilling to me and seeing my students grow and feel better mentally, physically, and emotionally.

Alex is my favorite yoga instructor hands down. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable- she has such a warm, genuine, and calming presence. I can honestly not say enough good things!

Alex is one of the most uplifting, inspirational people I’ve been around since my moving to Atlanta. Taking a class with her is always as challenging as it is amazing! Love her attention to detail and no two classes are identical which I find great for both mind and body. Further, she always takes time to engage with her students after class. Highly recommend her 💪🏽💯
