I have been blessed with years of experience and skill in Fitness as well as anointed to create, design and teach classes. I have developed programs that are innovative, effective and tried ending with results. My passion has not waned, it is still strong and grows as there is always something new to learn!
I train people from every walk of life from successful entrepreneurs to entertainment giants and their staff, to everyday people! Everyone deserves attention to detail, an instructor who listens and is consistent, therefore the end results is the change they imagine come to fruition. Personal Training, Group Exercise, Special Populations and Small Group Sessions, my purpose is to give what is needed and participants get results!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First, we must assess the problems and concerns the potential client may have. We will discuss fitness and medical history. Secondly I will take bio metric measurements, height and weight,utilize measuring tape and blood pressure. Figure out body fat zone for burning calories, maximum heart rate and resting heart rate. Assesss Strength and Flexibility as well. Then we will set our first goal!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
College Degree; Educate at USIU in San Diego CA.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I realize that cost is the most important factor, and budget. I prefer to first have a consultation with each client, go over their needs and budget and set the pricing with what they can afford, depending on how many days per week or if they will choose a 45 min work out or 60 min workout!
How did you get started teaching?
My initial reason for becoming a Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor was to begin a regiment that would sustain me my entire adult life. I have kept that promise and discipline for over 25 years.

Every type imaginable. From Olympic Athletes, to Business Owners, Doctors, Attorneys, every professional realm there is!

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
In October, Double Impact Fitness, Inc. was invited to share our Exercise Is Healing Brand with Ambassador/ Dr. Susan J. Cook on a cruise to the Bahamas with a group of of Professional Women from around the United States and Europe!
I taught the early morning workout Stretch class and the water classes on the ship for our group! Dr. Cook was the Ambassador for the Clinton and Obama Administrations during their tenure. That was an honor!
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Ask a lot of questions. Be sure the you are heard and keep asking until you are comfortable and are ready to go!
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Be realistic about your desired results and be clear on your budget!
