Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We introduce ourselves and give a tour of the studio. After the frist class we check in to see how it was. They also have an opportunity to talk with the instructor before or after classes.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Everyone here is 200 certified and some have additional training. Some of the instructors are registered yoga teachers YTT with the Yoga Alliance.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Our lessons are $18 for walk-in or $90 per month memberships.
