What is your typical process for working with a new student?

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a physical education and health teacher. I also have coached mixed martial arts and currently compete/train in Mma and Brazilian jiu jitsu. Prior to martial arts, I was highly competitive in Break Dance and offer lessons as well.

I always have been involved in health and fitness. Naturally, I feel that everyone deserves a chance to live a healthy life and I am here to help.
What types of students have you worked with?
I've worked with middle school to high school and even adults. I'm open to all ages.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Learn more about your teacher and ask as many questions as possible. If one thing does not seem right, that teacher may not be for you. Everyone will have a teacher but eventually, you will have to let go and do it on your own. I am here to guide you.
