What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Likeeach students needs individually as in any other Therapeutic practice  its important to get as much personal information ,so as to adress the individual need of each Student.Secondly to then build and contour an appropriate practice based on the strenths and limitations .


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

25 years of Training in Therapeutic and Dynamic Yoga as well as 35 years in the "wholistic Culinary Arts and Food as Medicine...Deep tissue Massage ,Psycho Physiology.Neurology and Lingusitical trainings also.


Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

Pricing is sliding scale and contoured individually to meet ech students needand limitations.


How did you get started teaching?

My father was my 1st teacher at age of 4. I have a history as a competitive athlete. i started training in yoga over 25 years ago and completed a 5 year training bfore embarking on a Teaching Career.


What types of students have you worked with?

Children ages 5- teens

Fit athletes- w Injuries

Healthy athletes

Middle aged adults  both healthy and those w special needs-all ages

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

to make sure that teacher is experienced and open to exploring the limitations and needs of the Individual and supplying study/reading materials to supplement each session.
