I love working with beginners, pro and semi-athletes, aging adults and post PT and post surgery. I am also a trainer for Body Mind & Core Yoga schooll. I have over 11 years teaching experience.  I am an E-RYT (experienced 200 hr yoga teacher) and a certified comprehensive pilates teacher through Balance Body. Great atmosphere, knowledgeable staff, and an accommodating class schedule. There is a sense of calmness upon entering the studio.

I love the variety of workouts at BMC...everything from yoga, pilates, to booty bar and TRX. They have everything. They offer great workshops and retreats. They have quality teachers who take their time explaining and teaching...this helps to avoid injury and make sure that I really learn, as well as have a good workout. And the studio is beautiful, calming, and relaxing. I love just even walking in the door. My favorite place to be!

The environment is very warm and welcoming. I have a lot of spine issues and injury. The instructors are very knowledgeable about how to work with those to strengthen me without further injury or pain. They offer a lot of classes so I never get bored with my workout. Natalie has been instrumental in helping me rebuild my body after injury and spine disease. I have moved around a lot and have been in many studios. This is, by far, my favorite studio anywhere.
