I offer a beginner-friendly gentle private session. I meet you where you're at whether it's your first time or if you've taken classes or practiced on your own. I'm a school teacher by trade so I'm versed in how to break instructions down into manageable chunks that you can apply to your practice even when you are practicing on your own. I'm a registered 200 hour yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance and a holistic health coach certified through The Institute of Integrative Nutrition. I also teach breathing techniques to accompany the physical postures. You will leave each session relaxed and ready to tackle challenges off your mat. You can visit my website wholisticheartedwellness.com to learn more about my services and to book online.
I found yoga five years ago and it changed me on both a mental and physical level. After battling a life-time of anxiety and depression issues from trauma, I finally found peace. Body aches decreased and the ups and downs of life became easier to cope with. I became the person in the room that wanted to tell anyone that would listen about the benefits of yoga. I love to see the difference in people as they gradually reap the benefits. I love to share this practice and give to others the knowledge my teachers gave to me.

Clients will fill out a form prior to their first session detailing any injuries, goals, and other health concerns. I will go through the form briefly with the client and then plan individualized postures and breath work. The first session I will have clients try basic postures to determine a starting point for further private sessions.
I am a RYT-200 through Yoga Alliance. I hold an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach certificate (INHC) through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.
Prices vary depending on number of sessions purchased, travel preferences, etc.
I had practiced since 2013 and loved the effects on my body and mind. The practice of yoga changed my life. It allowed me to settle my nervous system and begin to notice where I was holding tension. Slowly I began releasing tension. I felt like the natural next step in my practice was to share it with others.
Typically my students are between 40 and 65, new to yoga, and struggling with stress and body pain.
