About
I have a passion for yoga that stems from over two decades practicing with a variety of teachers and styles. I am very interested in the philosophy and spirituality of yoga, as well as the physical aspects of yoga which bring about overall body and mind wellness. My classes can be as challenging as students wish, focusing on alignment and breath, while empowering students to explore new poses and learn more about their own bodies. I also emphasize spiritual harmony and balance, and my students find they are able to achieve new levels of peace and relief from stress, anxiety, and other emotional challenges. I teach for several studios, as well as corporations and private clients. I work with students to customize a program based on their health and fitness goals. We can also come up with a nutrition plan and regimen for practicing on their own.
Sharing how yoga has deeply enhanced and changed my life, and seeing the physical, mental, and emotional changes that take place in others.
