By teaching yoga and meditation to all different body types and personalities. I guide students through a relaxing yoga class by calming the mind by using the breath and simple meditation techniques. I leave their bodies feeling relaxed by guiding them through strength based yoga poses and lead them to their highest selves by the end of class, helping them to feel renewed and at peace. I have been teaching yoga for about a year now at Studio You Yoga in Greenwood, IN. I received my YTT200 certificate last year and have continually made it my purpose to bring students to their inner peace using mediation and yoga.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Taking things slow and working through important alignment to prevent injury is key when working with new students. I will guide them through how to properly breath and how to successfully link it to each yoga movement to ensure maximum benefit of each pose and movement.
