About
I have an enduring passion for sharing this ancient healing method with anyone who is interested in learning and advancing their practice. I am certified as a Registered Yoga Teacher through the Yoga Alliance and have been teaching since 2004. I have helped many people learn to cultivate a strong practice and love for yoga by helping them change their bodies and thus their minds. I recently completed an in depth course called Anatomy Trains through the Yoga Alliance and now am specialized in releasing the fascia through yoga.
I love having my own yoga business that allows me to share the gift of yoga. I enjoy watching my students grow in their practice and develop confidence in their abilities over time. It is truly a wonderful thing to see the amazing changes that come over people when they give themselves the time and devotion to stick with it!
