Level 1 Certified U.S.A Boxing Coaches for Campbellsville Boxing University located in Campbellsville Kentucky.
We Currently have 2 Championship Amateur Boxing belt holders, and 1 Golden Glove Champion.
Our focus is to teach the discipline of boxing. We highly encourage our students to take their time, be themselves, and have Fun. We believe that personal growth and development in the sport of boxing, is greatly dependent upon the efforts of the individual. We provide our students with the knowledge and techniques that support better health, a strong mind, building of character, controlling of temperament, focus, self discipline, self esteem, self confidence, and accountability. Always promoting positive mental attitudes. Our core values are teaching and helping. Our purpose is passing along "the sweet science" of boxing.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
1) Start with the Foundation which is the Boxing Stance.
2) Next we go on to basic footwork (moving forward, backwards, left, right)
3) Proper punch development, using heavy bag or Mitts.
4) Defense technique.
5) Boxing fitness a.k.a (Money Time).
(This will all be determined by how well the student is grasping each technique.)
