I also specialize in strength, conditioning, speed, agility, mobility, and nutrition. Priority Fitness prioritize one on one and group position training to help you elevate your skills to the next level. What’s your Priority?

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When working with a new student I usually do a $100 evaluation which last about an hour. During this hour I try to get to know the student-athlete. Make sure they are invested and not wasting time. Learning students strengths, weaknesses, short term and long term goals. Student must show Determination, Dedication, Drive, and priorities have to be on success.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Bachelors degree in Kinesiology and a minor in exercise Secience. Also have over 20 years of athletics experience.

Standard one on one training is $50 per hour package plans are available after first evaluation.
