Antonio carefully customizes instruction to meet my fitness goals. Over the past four years, I have seen significant gains in strength and flexibility. These weekly Pilates Reformer classes have really changed my life more than any other exercise out there.

How did you get started teaching?

I had many injuries from playing years of tennis and needed a way to repair my body. I instantly fell in love with both yoga and Pilates. I worked sales for 5 years but deepened my practice until I left the corporate world and got my first certification.

What types of students have you worked with?

I work with a range of clientel from powerlifters and golfers to people with scoliosis and older folks needing help steping up on the T more easily. It is not uncommon for people that are fed up with PT to see me for a few lessons to improve the quality of life.
