About
At North End Pilates Room you learn the classical Pilates system in a beautiful and safe environment from Antonio Aniello. Pilates is corrective exercise that gives the body strength where it is weak and flexibility where it is tight in order to bring it back into alignment.
Every lesson is customized for each student based on what they have going on in the body. From older individuals and those with injuries to those that compete in an amateur or professional arena, gaining mastery of the body makes you feel stronger, more confident, and is the first step toward happiness.
