I am a certified Integral Hatha Yoga Teacher ~ RYT200
Integral Yoga was founded in 1966 by Swami Satchidananda and is a complete yogic practice. The class consists of Asanas (Physical Postures), Pranyama (Breathing), Guided Deep Relaxation (Yoga Nidra), Meditation & Chanting (Peaceful Sound Vibration).
"The goal of Integral Yoga, and the birthright of every individual, is to realize the spiritual unity behind all the diversities in the entire creation and to live harmoniously as members of one universal family. This goal is achieved by maintaining our natural condition of a body of optimum health and strength, senses under total control, a mind well-disciplined, clear and calm, an intellect as sharp as a razor, a will as strong and pliable as steel, a heart full of unconditional love and compassion, an ego as pure as a crystal, and a life filled with Supreme Peace and Joy."

That being said, here are some basic pricings...
At the Lilypad in Inman Square, where I teach weekly group lessons, I charge $10 ~
Private Lessons at my home studio in Charlestown (with breathtaking views at the base of the Bunker Hill Monument) would be $25 for a class (I can teach up to 3 people comfortably here)~
Private Lessons at your home would be $30-40 depending on location & needs >
I have worked with students of all ages ~ from 5 years old to 80 years old... The beauty of Integral Yoga is that the same poses can be adapted to fit any range of flexibility ~
