I teach yoga to people of all ages and all abilities, from kids to seniors and even special needs. I teach in Merrimac, MA and will travel to different locations for families or groups of Yoga students.
I have been teaching yoga since 2004 and thoroughly enjoy it. I have taught yoga through several injuries and can make modifications for people with limitations. I love to work with kids and can do yoga for birthday parties or special events as well.
I have had a passion for yoga for over 20 years. I love working with people and helping them enjoy yoga. It's very rewarding.
I completed my 200 hour yoga training in 2004. The training was in Ashtanga yoga, which is a vinyasa or flowing style of yoga that focuses on strengthening and proper alignment of the body. Over the past 15 years, I have taken several advanced yoga classes and workshops focusing in many different areas and can teach various types of yoga for all abilities and levels.
Paula is an excellent teacher. She’s very knowledgeable about yoga and the body. I’ve been going to her classes for over ten years with my daughter. She has several different levels of classes and options of different days and times. She’s great at modifying classes for injuries. Paula is very compassionate and and enthusiastic. I highly recommend her.
I have been a student of Paula's for years and find her class very relaxing and enjoyable. She understands that everyone is different and some have limitations and conducts her class accordingly. I highly recommend Harmony Yoga. I have been practicing yoga at Harmony Yoga for several years. My instructor is very knowledgeable and gives each student personal attention. The classes are unique - many varieties and levels. I feel inner and outer harmony after I practice yoga with Paula. :)
