Loving kindness is one of the many virtues that shows up in every class, safety and relationship are of value to me for you.
I have spent many years to create excellence for the services I provide.
From Holistic Nutrition to Wellness & Yoga, community and support in every step of our journey.
There are many reasons why I enjoy my work, to begin, I live a pain free life thanks to the practice of yoga, I found poses specifically to treat an injury on my lower back & sciatica. Pain was excruciating.
Healing the physical body will shift your mental, emotional and spiritual self as well in all areas of your life.
Every class is designed for the person's needs and requires.
My experience is based on teaching the following: Yoga for Trauma, Yoga Anatomy, Yoga Philosophy, Kripalu Yoga, Gentle, Restorative and Breathing to lung capacity and illness.
All of these bring joyous moments I get to share with my clients. The results, the celebration of how they feel and how much contentment they create for them and their surroundings.
