Ive never taken yoga before and have alot of muscle imbalance issues that had a detrimental effect on my well being. Miho is an excellent teacher. She was very patient and made sure i followed strict form while making sure we only went as far as I could manage. She never pushed me too far and we practiced many specific Asanas that I feel helped target these issues I was having. Overall it has been a great experience!
