Hi! I'm Emily, and teach private 1:1 and small group yoga and meditation classes. This Fall 2019, I am teaching meditation and mindfulness sessions online virtually! No need for a lot of experience with technology: I send you an easy link to log into Zoom from your computer for our live, virtual sessions.
I am a passionate and skilled yoga and meditation instructor trained through the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health and UMASS Medical School’s Center for Mindfulness. I have practiced yoga and meditation for over ten years and taught yoga and meditation for the last seven years. I create a caring, safe, and fun environment, provide needed posture modifications, and am able to work with all experience levels - especially first time students!
My students report that they feel more relaxed, less stressed, stronger and healthier after my classes! I hope to work with you, too.
I coach and present corporate workshops on Mindful Living, too.
I enjoy personally connecting with students and helping people to heal and reduce their stress levels to lead happier and healthier lives! Yoga can help to increase strength, flexibility, tone, and balance, while also bringing more quiet and less stress to the mind through meditation.
