What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Each student is treated as an individual at HeartnSoul 🧘♀️🙏💕. Come in 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork and meet your Teacher! We are happy to give private lessons or a tour before beginning classses if desired!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an experienced teacher, certified by the yoga alliance as a 500 hour yoga teacher . Also I am a certified yoga therapist, reiki’ masters teacher, myofascial release Massage bodyworker , Thai massage therapist and more. My past education and work as a special education teacher and health & wellness teacher are interwoven into all that we do!
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Regular Yoga classes are $15 per class. 5 classes -10 class passes and unlimited montly membershipscan reduce class cost ! . Private services are available on a sliding scale.
How did you get started teaching?
I was a public school teacher and suffered a “physical “ trauma to the body. Through yoga, was able to heal. This prompted me to study Yoga and other ancient Healing methods !hly’
