The Yoga Shop Of Ludlow
About
The Yoga Shop has five unique studios to call home where each one has its own flair! LivFree® Power Yoga is the style of yoga and the foundation of The Yoga Shop brand. LivFree® is just that, a physical expression of Living Free, with passion, joy, depth and purpose. LivFree® Power is vinyasa yoga with heart and soul. We teach to our students highest potential. We serve up yoga that challenges our students to step to their edge, then finesse with grace to the next level. We utilize heated classes to both open your body and your mind. Our certified teachers teach connected, creative classes that are strong, sweaty, fun and full of surprises.
We believe Yoga is exercise. Yoga is relaxing. Yoga is healing. Yoga is transforming. We believe Yoga is life.
