Shanti Yoga Maine And Ayurveda
About
I am a long time yoga practitioner, therapist, and instructor. My experience extends to all ages and abilities. I pull from many traditions, weaving in the practice of Ayurveda.
This ancient practice of healing known as the "sister science" of yoga, is a holistic approach to health. As an Ayurvedic Practitioner, I’ve had experience helping folks address issues including sleep, digestion, weight loss, injuries, and most importantly joy. Yoga and Ayurveda have been part of my life for 25 years, and I have studied diligently for 13. This has given me a solid base to work with anyone at any level. I enjoy meeting new people and helping them create a balanced lifestyle.
Lastly, I incorporate Sound Healing in my in-person sessions using Tibetan Singing Bowls. These bowls can be placed on the body for direct Sound Healing.
