I have been teaching Kundalini Yoga for 15 years.
After years of meditation and self inquiry I've become a great teacher.
I love how quickly the practice works! The power within us accessable through the use of the breath, the mantra and postures.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The basics of the breathing exercises, mantras that are typically used and kriyas are taught. I will also show how to access these teachings on your own.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've have completed the Kundalini Research Institute's Level One and Level 2 trainings. I am currently working on Level 3.
I am hosting a Level One teacher training currently in Ann Arbor.
I have been to the Summer and Winter Solstice events over 30 times.

I offer group classes - $12 - $16
Private classes - $50 - $70
