About
I have been teaching yoga to a variety of ages and abilities for 6 years. I have also been teaching fitness and yoga classes to older adults for 4 years, with special training through Silver Sneakers and the Arthritis Foundation. When the pandemic started, we went virtual, and I continued to see so much improvement in my students’ strength, balance, and range of motion. I am now teaching about 25% virtual and 75% in person.
I love helping people get stronger, more mobile, and more confident, and I truly care about the safety and well being of my students.
