About
Yoga practice is for EVERYONE. I teach yin and restorative yoga. Both are passive forms of yoga. I ensure the practice is accessible to ALL.
Yoga props are encouraged. If needed or preferred chairs can be incorporated.
I enjoy teaching beginners and skeptics. No comparisons or "perfect" poses in my class. I encourage you to listen for what your body tells you it needs. In addition, I invite you to explore poses not force poses.
Certified yoga teacher through the Yoga Alliance.
