
I work with clients in chronic pain. I use both Hanna Somatics and Yoga Therapy to teach clients tools to transform pain into fluid movement. I help educate clients about their bodies and how to best take care of it. I work with the motor sensory loop to help repattern movemnt and change the resting tone of muscles.
I have 500 hrs of yoga therapy training and 2 years of Hanna Somatics.

Teaching Hanna Somatics to people is very gratifying. Witnessing the tranformation from fear of movement to freedom of movement is great! Helping people learn the tools to help manage their pain is key, the most sucessful thing I do is help people help themselves.
