My passion is working with POC & WOC and families who are curious about yoga specifically Vinyasa & Yin Yoga styles whom have felt a it out of place when they visit typical yoga studios. I've felt like i didnt fit within most studio cliches,which is why I created Granola Girl Yoga. A space on the mat that encourages People Of Color & Women Of Color to feel comfortable within themselves to explore yoga, in an non.judgemental space.
I enjoy hosting space for yogis of color to have freedom to explore and delve deeper into their practices.

I really enjoy the education received while training yoga with Cardrian. She makes the transition from one movement to the next enjoyable by opening me up. but I can definitely feel it the next day in my muscles, abs, et. Also. I cant wait to here her next music selection which sets the tone for class and style of teaching. Great classes!
