I teach many different types of yoga, mindfulness, and meditation techniques. I specialize in adaptive and trauma-informed yoga, mindfulness, and meditation, emphasizing reducing stress, anxiety, and depression while increasing resilience and productivity.
I am an E-RYT 200, E-RYT 500, and a Yoga Alliance Certified Educational Provider.
I genuinely enjoy helping people reduce their stress levels and helping them gain more strength and flexibility.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When I begin working with new students, I ask them if there are any issues they would like to address in class. As time goes by, the students become more comfortable discussing some of their problems.
Before all of my classes, I always ask if there is any particular body part they would like to be the main focus.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been teaching yoga for seven years. I am an E-RYT 200, E-RYT 500, and a Yoga Alliance Certified Education Provider. I've worked with the elderly, University track teams, educators, counselors, and junior high and high school students. I'm also certified in Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Trauma-Informed Yoga, Breath to Heal, and Yoga Shred I am currently working on my certification in Meditation and Kundalini Yoga
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I charge $70.00 for private lessons. Group lessons vary depending on the location. The price range is generally from $10.00 - $15.00 for an hour of class.
How did you get started teaching?
I began teaching after I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training. I was asked by the studio owner where I took the training if I would teach a Restorative class. I have been teaching ever since and have continued with my education.
After many years of practice, I became interested in teaching and had two of my teachers suggest I take the training.
I began practicing yoga to reduce my stress levels.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with athletes, senior citizens, children, individuals with physical limitations, and those who have high-stress levels. I have also worked with people in the corporate world, teaching mindfulness, meditation, breathing techniques, and gentle movement.
