About
Since 1999, I have been dancing, performing and teaching social partner dances for all ages and all levels. I’m also a certified group fitness, yoga & zumba instructor motivating people to do their best while maintaining a fun, safe and effective workout.
As of March 2020 during this time of corona virus outbreak, i'm only offering virtual inline classes, so everyone can be safe while staying home to take lessons online, on ipad or on computer via Facetime, ZOOM app, Skype, Google Hangout, etc.
As an educator, I'm always looking to motivate and inspire students to learn, explore and experiment. Whether it's dance, fitness, wellness, movement in solo or partnership, we focus on fundamentals and essence of rhythms, body movement, steps & counts, styling and musicality.
