About
I am a hat-ha yoga teacher, RYT 200 trained in the Sivananda style. I also completed 100 hours of training in Yoga of Recovery, which focuses on using yogic practices to overcome addictive and self-dstructive behaviors, including eating disorders. My passion for helping others led me to discover Yoga Nidra as a powerful tool for a stress relief and finding peace. I completed the training of Yoga Nidra Level 1. In order to make my yoga classes accesible for everyone, I decided to complete the Chair Yoga Teacher Training as well. I also hold academic degrees in Food and Nutritional Sciences. I offer a nutritional advice for healthy and mindful eating. The combination of proper nutrition and physical activity is a key for overall well-being.
I teach private and small group classes in English and Polish.
I discovered yoga ten years ago. It helped me to overcome a difficult personal situation. The connection between my body, mind, and spirit was raised through yoga practice. I believe that regular practice not only improves our fexibility but also helps to find our true Self. The one thing I enjoy the most is to see the smiling and relaxed faces of my sudents after a session of yoga. It gives me satisfaction that my work helps to give relief to someone who needs it.
