You'll feel the healing and embracing environment the moment you enter Airmid and you’ll enjoy personal attention in our small and inviting classes. Yoga and other movement classes at Airmid Wellness can help to improve your health and well-being. Physical, mental and emotional benefits include a deep state of relaxation, improved sleep, weight loss, lowered blood pressure, reduction of stress, back and arthritis pain. Membership includes Pilates, Tai Chi and Meditation Classes as well as Chair Yoga and fun and empowering yoga classes for kids ages 4 to 11.
We believe in a wholistic approach to wellness and our team of skilled specialists can assist you with multiple options to help enable and support your comprehensive and joyful well-being. Our caring and compassionate staff will help facilitate healing for your mind and body by providing supportive movement classes, talk therapy, our Friday WEllness Clinic (2-6pm), massage and acupuncture as well as healthful and fun workshops. Our clients and members love it here and you will too.

Your first class is free and your first month is just $30 for 30 of days unlimited classes. Classes include yoga for adults and kids, Chair yoga, Tai Chi and Meditation.
